New Generation super heavy cut for a brushed, de-burred, and satin-finished surface – now free of quartz!

Menzerna 523NG is a high-performance brush compound and the successor to 523LBZ; it works very quickly to produce a consistently fine, matte surface. Quartz has been replaced with non-hazardous abrasives that produce a faster, more even cut without deep scratches. Can be used as the first polishing stage in bringing stainless steel to a mirror finish. Not recommended for inexperienced polishers due to its high aggression.

Description

Capable of removing 180 grit sanding marks from stainless steel (when paired with a sisal buffing wheel), 523NG is recommended by Menzerna as a first step in a three-stage polishing process. Bring your work surface to a high gloss, mirror finish by following up with Menzerna 333 Medium Cut and Menzerna P175 Super Finish. Additional polishing steps can add more clarity. 523NG is also suitable for producing a brushed finish on aluminum, brass, and other non-ferrous metals.
